Purpose

The information collected through this portal is used to schedule legal assistance appointments, conduct conflict-of-interest checks, and manage legal assistance matters for eligible Navy Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG Corps) clients. Your information enables attorneys and paralegals to provide appropriate legal assistance services.

Routine Uses

Information may be disclosed to Department of Defense components and other Federal agencies as necessary to conduct conflict-of-interest checks, assign legal assistance matters, and coordinate scheduling. Information may also be disclosed to Microsoft Azure Government cloud services for system hosting and operations in compliance with DoD Impact Level 4 (IL-4) security requirements.

Disclosure

Disclosure of the requested information is voluntary; however, failure to provide the required information may result in inability to schedule legal assistance appointments through this portal. Your DoD ID number is used solely for conflict-of-interest checking purposes and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

⚠ Important: This system is NOT a system of record for legal case files. Documents and information uploaded to this system will be automatically purged 6 months after matter closure and will not be recoverable after deletion.
